My Profile
Create an Account
1. Select
"Create Account"
Go to portal.jobready.me to access the login menu. From there it will give you the option to login or create account. To create an account, simply click the button.
2. Fill out your information
Fill out your Information as accurately as possible. Note that the username cannot be modified after the account is created. The rest of the information, including your password, can be changed under the “my profile” page of your dropdown menu.
Add a Product
1. Get your access code
After purchasing a product you will receive your access code via email.
2. Submit access code
Click the “+ Add” button on the “My Products” page and from their you can input your access code.
3. Review
and Confirm
This prompt shows the product associated with the access code. Contact support if the product is not accurate. Otherwise please accept the course.
3. Congratulations
Your product is now active. You can find it on your My Products page. Refresh your page if it doesn't automatically show. If not, see the next step.
4. Activation Pending
In some cases products will be under a pending status. Check back in 1-2 minutes, and refresh your page if it doesn't automatically show. If the pending status persists longer please contact supports.
Edit Profile
1. Profile Overview
In some cases products will be under a pending status. Check back in 1-2 minutes, and refresh your page if it doesn't automatically show. If the pending status persists longer please contact supports.
2. Editing Profile
Simply click edit button next to the corresponding field to edit your name and email.
3. Changing Password
Your password must include at least: 8 characters, 1 Letter, 1 Number and 1 Special Character.
